Answers, before you have to ask.
How far in advance should we book?
For corporate events, six to eight weeks is comfortable. Headshot sessions can typically be turned around in two weeks. For truly last-minute requests, we have a small standby calendar — call 678-232-1046 and we will tell you what is possible.
Do you travel outside of Atlanta?
Yes. Most week-of bookings within a five-state radius of Atlanta come together with no travel surcharge. For coast-to-coast or international engagements, travel and lodging are billed at cost — we never mark up travel.
How quickly will we get the photos and video?
Hero shots the next morning, headshots in 48 hours, full edited galleries within one week. Brand films and recap videos are typically ready inside two weeks of the event.
Can we get the raw files?
We deliver edited, color-corrected files only — raw files stay in our archive. The license you receive covers marketing, social, PR, and internal use in perpetuity. If you have a specific use case that needs different rights, just ask.
How do you handle equipment failure?
Nothing leaves a shoot at risk. We carry full backup gear on-site, secure every file before we leave the venue, and deliver through a private, secure link.
Are you insured? Can you provide a COI?
Yes. We carry $2M general liability and equipment insurance, and we can name your venue, your client, or both as additional insured on a certificate within one business day.
