On-site documentation of your event or shoot day, single camera, as it happens. Same rate whether it's photo or video.

• Hourly rate: $350/hr — 2-hour minimum, photo or video
• Day rate: $3,500/day — 8+ hrs, single discipline
• Full conference coverage: $6,500/day — photo + video, complete archive

High-volume headshots

Consistent lighting and backgrounds for the whole team in one session.

• Hourly rate: $325/hr — 2-hour minimum
• Per-person rate: $95/person — 60 people or fewer, on-site

Video production

A finished video piece, not just footage — interviews, brand films, recap edits. Multi-cam setups and heavier post-production.

• Half-day rate: $2,800 — up to 4 hrs, single-cam interview setup, lighting & audio
• Full-day rate: $5,750 — multi-cam brand film or recap edit

Retainers & recurring work

Teams with a steady cadence — recurring events, monthly content, an ongoing headshot pipeline — book a retainer: reserved dates, priority turnaround, and a blended rate below our day rates. Scoped to your volume, billed monthly. Ask about a retainer.
